Upcoming Activism Events!

Want to join in with some hands-on activism, alongside the YouFem team? We'll be attending the following upcoming events, sporting our YouFem t-shirts with pride! Keep an eye out - we'd be delighted if you came up and said hello.

- Saturday 12th November
- Key speakers include the likes of Shami Chakrabarti, Zoe Williams, and Sandi Toksvig
- Q&A with the candidates for Mayor of London (Boris Johnson, Ken Livingston, et al)
- Friends House, Euston, London

- Saturday 19th November, noon
- The Fawcett Society says: On average, women earn less, own less, and are more likely to work and retire in poverty than men. The government’s approach to cutting the deficit will widen the gap between women and men. Help us tell David Cameron:
“DON’T TURN BACK TIME ON WOMEN’S EQUALITY!”
- Theme is 1950s - if you feel like it, dress up "to send the message that women don't want to be catapulted back to yesteryear"

These are just the biggest upcoming events at which the YouFem team will be present. Whenenver you attend a feminist, young women's, or young people's political event, keep an eye out for the YouFem logo!
